Welcome to DJ Beatz ATX! By booking or using our DJ services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date and time.

  • Full payment must be completed prior to the event.

  • Additional charges may apply for overtime, extra equipment, or special requests.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Cancellations made after full payment will not be refunded.

  • Date and time changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

  • If I am sick, I will either have another DJ fill in or I will cancel and refund all of your money.

3. Event Requirements and Conduct

  • The client must provide adequate space, power supply, and necessary accommodations for the DJ setup.

  • No illegal substances or disorderly conduct will be tolerated at the event.

  • DJ Beatz ATX reserves the right to end the performance early if unsafe conditions arise, with no refund.

4. Liability and Indemnification

  • DJ Beatz ATX is not responsible for any interruptions due to power failure, venue restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not liable for damage to equipment caused by guests or event attendees.

  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold DJ Beatz ATX harmless from any claims related to the event.

5. Music and Requests

  • Clients may submit song requests in advance, but the DJ retains discretion over playlist curation to maintain event flow.

  • Explicit content can be filtered upon request.

6. Force Majeure

  • DJ Beatz ATX is not responsible for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, road closures, or government actions.

7. Changes and Amendments

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
